Note: This blog does not explain the process; rather, it just shows the screenshots along the way.

Step 1: Select the region first. In my case, it is the Singapore region.

Step 2: Choose the EC2 option by searching from the top input bar.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Launch Instance’ button to launch an EC2 instance

Step 4: Provide the name and select Ubuntu

Step 5: Choose the desired VPC, subnet

Step 6: Tick all three of these options
